We are seeking an intelligent and friendly individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to make a meaningful impact.

The role offers the flexibility to work in a hybrid setup, combining remote and on-site work.

Qualifications :

Experience in accounting and administrative management

Proficiency with QuickBooks Online.

Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills

Kind and nurturing disposition

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional and prompt email correspondence

Positive and healthy attitude

Ability to speak clearly and effectively

Comfortable making calls and handling phone communications throughout the day

Responsibilities :

Manage project tasks, deadlines, and KPI reporting

Conduct audits of various departmental reports

Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials

Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams

Assist with payroll, bookkeeping, and general accounting

Maintain and organize the office and warehouse

Handle incoming mail and urgent notices

Support inspection processes and resource management

Perform general administrative duties : scheduling, correspondence, and compliance

Manage filing systems and document control
