Job Title : Renewal Specialist
Location : San Diego, CA (92128) Onsite
Employment Type : 12+ Month W2 Contract (No C2C or sponsorship available)
Job Description : We are seeking a Renewals Specialist to join our team and help drive customer renewals. The ideal candidate will have experience owning and executing the renewal lifecycle with a large customer base, increasing retention, minimizing churn, locking in the most favorable terms, identifying growth opportunities, and passing insights back to the business.
From an experience perspective, we are targeting most of the following :
- Associate’s degree plus one to three years’ experience in customer support with a software company or equivalent experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience working with SaaS software solutions
- Solid understanding of SaaS renewals
- Demonstrated experience in supporting a sales department
- Experience with sales processes including quoting, billing, and contracts
- Sales and / or customer service experience
- Basic project management skills / experience
- Proficient in Salesforce and other customer success tools
