Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative II – Sales Support, you will be a key partner in delivering exceptional service to customers and supporting the sales team. You’ll handle inquiries, assist with order-related issues, and ensure a smooth post-sale experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset to help drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction :
Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding product inquiries, order status, returns, and general support.
Sales Support :
Collaborate with sales representatives to assist with order processing, customer follow-ups, and resolving escalated issues.
Order Management :
Help customers with order placement, tracking, modifications, cancellations, and delivery updates.
Problem Resolution :
Investigate and resolve customer concerns related to products, services, or transactions in a timely and professional manner.
Product Knowledge :
Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s offerings to effectively answer questions and guide customers toward suitable solutions.
Customer Education :
Provide information on promotions, product features, and usage tips to enhance the customer experience.
CRM Documentation :
Accurately log all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
Process Improvement :
Share customer insights and recurring issues with internal teams to help improve service delivery and product offerings.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or training in customer service or sales is a plus)
2 years of experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems and basic office software
Positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay Details : $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
