Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Campus Business Office Manager position.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the administration office at communities on multiple campuses.

Provides support to residents, employees, and managers in all areas of the Shared Services Department (hire to retire, procure to pay, and resident billing).

Supervises the administration office support staff. Ensures accuracy of resident census data and handles resident billing correspondence.

Maintains petty cash system and responsible for disbursements and reconciliation of balance with transactions. Serves as a backup to the community's HR & Recruitment Coordinator, assisting with post-offer screenings, onboarding new hires, and answering basic benefit questions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field
  • Minimum of four years' healthcare or CCRC experience showing progressively increasing responsibility
  • Knowledge in Medicare A & B SNF billing
  • Experience with verification of insurance, including long-term care insurances

Pay Range

$57,000.00 - $72,000.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
