Our client a packagingdistributor is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee theoperations of their 1M square foot warehouse.
Asthe Facilities Manager you will be responsible for managing allaspects of the facility including HVAC electrical plumbingjanitorial and landscaping.
You will also be in charge of budgetingemergency maintenance requests and vendor relations.
Facilities Manager Job Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the 1M square footwarehouse including HVAC electrical plumbing janitorial andlandscaping
- Oversee the budgeting for thefacility capital expenses and longtermprojects
- Respond to all emergency maintenancerequests
- Inspect site and buildings andidentify repair and maintenance needs
- Managevendor relations and oversee the work from all subbed outcontractors
- Oversee a team of about 15employees
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree is highly preferred butcandidates with sufficient experience will also beconsidered
- Experience in Warehouse FacilityManagement preferably with experience working with largespaces
- Proficiency in HVAC plumbing carpentryelectrical and landscaping
- Previous managementexperience is required
