Pay : $23-$25 per hour
Shift : Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll be vital in maintaining financial accuracy and organizational support.
Responsibilities :
- Process and manage invoices, including validation and matching with purchase orders.
- Handle recurring payments and resolve supplier discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely payment processing.
- Manage petty cash, reconcile reports, and perform general bookkeeping duties.
Qualifications : Candidates should have an Associate's degree (preferred) and 3 years of experience, ideally in manufacturing.
Experience with computerized accounts payable systems and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
