Project Manager

PositionOverview
Our client amidstream construction company specializing in natural gas and oilinfrastructure is seeking a Project Manager tooversee critical construction projects.
This position is based onsite in Abilene TX with travel required asneeded. Candidates with oil and gas industryexperience are stronglypreferred.
KeyResponsibilities
- ProjectOversight : Manage projects from the corporate officeensuring alignment with fieldoperations.
- ClientCommunication : Serve as the primary liaison with theclient s project manager to address scheduling site issues extrawork andpermits.
- Scheduling& Coordination : Collaborate with scheduling teamsto develop and maintain projecttimelines.
- FieldSupervision : Work closely with field supervisors toensure smooth projectexecution.
- ProjectControls : Monitor and track progress to ensure projectsstay on schedule and withinbudget.
- Leadership : Take initiative to complete all project management tasks andprovide solutions asneeded.
RequiredSkills &Qualifications
- ProjectManagement : Demonstrated experience in managingconstruction projects ideally in the oil & gassector.
- TechnicalKnowledge : Familiarity with compressors pumps andturbines used in natural gasfacilities.
- SoftwareProficiency : Skilled in MS Excel MS Project andWord .
- Communication : Excellent writing and communication skills for drafting procedurespolicies andreports.
- ConstructionDrawings : Strong ability to interpret and analyzeconstructionplans.
- OrganizationalSkills : Exceptional time management and ability todevelop projectspecificplans.
- Teamwork : Ability to work collaboratively with field teams clients andmanagement.
