Job Title : Business Analyst Property & Casualty (P&C) Domain
Location : New Jersey (Hybrid / Onsite - 2 days a week)
Type : Long Term Contract (12+ Mos.)
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Develop functional specifications and assist in the design and implementation of solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive consensus among cross-functional teams.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including use cases, workflows, and business rules.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on the Property & Casualty (P&C) domain.
- Proven experience in business analysis and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Work Environment :
- Hybrid schedule with 2 days onsite in New Jersey.
