WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING :
- Developing and managing overall account strategies for specific named account customers
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding products and services
- Positioning and selling new Relias solutions to organizational stakeholders
- Initiating and delivering proposed solutions to meet the needs of the assigned customers
- Collaborating with Sales, Finance and Operations leadership to refine specific account management strategies to meet customer needs and optimize sales and retention opportunities.
- Collaborating with Customer Success to ensure a stellar customer experience
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas on a consistent basis through identification and closing of expansion or add on subscription sales
- Maintaining regular account contact with customers to track value and success metrics as well as educate them on any new Relias product updates and / or new solutions.
- Managing leads, renewal and expansion opportunities, and forecasts consistent with operational requirements and KPI tracking
- Working with at-risk clients to resolve service issues or concerns with product offerings or mix; facilitating renegotiations to retain client and improve overall satisfaction.
- Coordinating the preparation sales documentation and billing, such as renewal quotes, terms of pricing, invoicing, and payments.
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE :
2-3 years’ experience in Account Management and comfortable selling new products / solutions into an existing client base.
Ideally this experience would be within a SaaS business model.
Proven track record of success in customer renewal management
Prior experience interacting with customer
Ability to manage difficult client situations
Ability to respond promptly to client needs
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively negotiate within established parameters
Exercising discretion and making decisions on pricing options and contract terms on renewals and upsells based on set parameters and goals
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Attention to detail and incredible follow through
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
EDUCATION REQUIRED :
College degree or equivalent
