Your Daily Responsibilities

As a Transportation Specialist, you are the public face of Access Corporation.

Some days will be spent on the road going to client locations delivering and / or picking up client documents and materials using wireless scanning technology.

Your job will include interacting with the clients and making sure they are satisfied and well

Some of your time will be spent in the warehouse (Records Center) preparing for deliveries, and loading your company vehicle with confidential client materials, recycling bins, and boxes.

You will also prepare the necessary paperwork for your

  • You will process all incoming orders in using wireless scanning
  • You will investigate and resolve any order discrepancies for incoming or outgoing
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

More About You

  • You have a valid Drivers License with a good driving
  • You have the physical ability to lift boxes, recycling bins and materials weighing up to 60 pounds and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the
  • You have at least 1 to 2 years of driving
  • You have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • You must be able to pass a pre-employment substance abuse screening, a background check, and DOT
