Role Overview : We are looking for a seasoned Java Architect with a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performing solutions that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-level applications and solutions using Java and Spring Boot framework.
• Architect and implement microservices-based systems to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design.
• Provide expertise in Angular to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces for our applications.
• Ensure code quality, best practices, and architectural integrity are maintained across all development teams.
• Define and enforce design and coding standards, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee the development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, deployment, and support.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster technical growth.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software architecture.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Demonstrated experience with Spring Boot and designing microservices architectures.
• Strong front-end development skills with Angular and a deep understanding of responsive web design.
• Proficient in RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL / NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills :

• Commercial lending experience is highly preferred
• Experience with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA).
• Prior experience in a leadership or architectural role
