We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their experience with our company. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of assistance.
Job : On site Location : Minneapolis, MN Pay Range : $950- $1150 per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Educate customers on product features, services, and usage best practices.
- Assist in the creation of customer support documentation and FAQs to improve self-service options.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or a related field is a plus.Proven experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.Benefits
