GENERAL SUMMARY
Ride1Up is a leading e-commerce company focused on the sale of electric bikes direct to consumer. This is a unique opportunity for a digital marketing professional to join a fun, fast paced industry while developing our long term comprehensive marketing strategy.
Overview
The Head of Marketing will report to CEO and will have full responsibility of our digital marketing and branding strategy.
This individual should have in-depth experience in all digital marketing channels (eg : paid media, affiliate marketing, website, blogs and email marketing).
Creative and branding experience is major requirement for this role.
Candidate must have experience in bicycle industry.
Duties
- Build our digital marketing roadmap;
- Manage various digital marketing channels including paid media, affiliate marketing, blogs, and emails;
- Develop important KPI’s and measure ROI;
- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction;
- Manage and improve online content including SEO and Google Analytics management;
- Develop future branding strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital technologies or relevant field
- Experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns;
- Strong understanding on various current digital marketing functions (eg : FB ad platform, Google Ads, Programmatic, and Affiliate Marketing Platforms)
- Hands on experience with SEO / SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
- Familiarity with web design
- E-commerce experience (WooCommerce desired)
- Bike industry experience required
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
