The Intelligence and Homeland Security Group of Leidos is seeking a Journeyman HRIS Data Analyst to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD.

An Active TS / SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position. The candidate will support Government staff in the following :

• Manages and conducts data analysis and standardization
• Develops data models for analysis
• Extracts data and develop reports as needed for EEO leadership
• Collaborate with EEO Lead and analysts to present and communicate reports and visualizations to leadership
• Collaborates with technical developers to enhance ETK EEO, if needed

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies :

• Interfaces : DNI (HC, HRM, DEl), NARSIL Task 4, 7, and DEIA Lead
• Processes / Activities : Manage HR data, conduct analysis
• Tools : MS Office, ETK EEO, COTS Data tools, Tableau, SQL

Basic Qualifications :

• 4-8 years of experience with a B.A. / B.S. or 2-6 years with a M.A. / M.S. degree (or 9 years with no degree).
• TS / SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required

Pay Range :

Pay Range $81,250.00 - $146,875.00
