As a Senior Client Experience Recruitment and Retention specialist you get the opportunity to bring front line talent into the organization.
Your role includes building sourcing tactics to attract strong, talented, diverse individuals into our entry level billing, claims, and client service areas.
The individuals in these roles are here for our clients day in and day out and provide service that differentiates us from our competitors.
You are integral in helping COUNTRY meet our objectives and sourcing candidates that have the desire to build long, lasting careers with COUNTRY.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.
How does a Senior Client Experience Recruitment and Retention specialist make an impact?
- Collaborates regularly with management to proactively identify workforce gaps and needs; plans and analyzes the impact and return of specific workforce initiatives and develops strategic and operational insights.
- Engages in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, leading calibrations, and hiring / onboarding employees.
- Develops, implements, and administers Claims and Client Services workforce program strategy and campaigns to attract and retain top talent.
- Leads niche sourcing efforts through various channels to identify and engage potential candidates key to the workforce, enhance and streamline recruitment process;
engages in the recruitment process through candidate hire / onboarding.
Generates comprehensive reports, tracking, and analyzing workforce metrics; communicates activity and results regularly to team and management.
