Qualifications
- 3+ years of HR recruitment experience (security and service-oriented professionals recruitment experience a major plus)
- Experience recruiting virtually
- Possess good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
- Ability to be 100% on-site
Responsibilities
- Work with managers to fill vacancies, maintain Vacancy Tracking Logs, and assure vacancies are closed quickly
- Screen applicants and manage onboarding processing for candidates
- Work with operations managers on recruitment plan for new contracts
- Post openings and utilize the Internet for recruitment
- Ensure all aspects of onboarding are completed prior to new hires beginning to train
- Other duties as assigned
