Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, HR administrative tasks such as onboarding / offboarding, and handling adhoc HR-related responsibilities.
Responsibilities : Recruitment : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Maintain and update job descriptions, ensuring they accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
HR Administrative Tasks : Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including conducting orientations, preparing employment contracts, and facilitating exit interviews.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Experience : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience working in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and HR administration.
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. Job Types : Full-time, Contract Pay : $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Powered by JazzHR
