Scrum Master

Responsibilities

OBXtek is currently staffing for Scrum Master

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and discussions among development and customer team members
• Coach the team on the Scrum processes and remove impediments for the team
• With product leadership and the team, define and deliver relevant metrics that are formulated and utilized for meeting project objectives

• Maintain other artifacts supporting the Team’s performance, highlighting achievements, and exposing opportunities for improvement
• Planning and Coordinating Team Training
• Guide the team to adopt an Agile mindset

Qualifications

• Clearance Requirements : Active Top-Secret with SCI eligibility
• Degree : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Certification : Agile certification
• Experience defining team performance metrics
• Experience delivering team performance metrics
• Experience planning and coordinating training for the team on the Scrum processes
• Expertise removing team roadblocks
