Manufacturing Production Supervisor

Genesis10 is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor for a contract with our client in St

Paul, MN.

Job Description :

This is a unique opportunity for a resource with manufacturing production supervisor experience to assist a client with their ERP implementation with MS Dynamics 365.

This resource will need to understand manufacturing systems, the manufacturing floor, have technical aptitude and understand production flow

This resource will be arm in arm with the users as they go live with their new ERP environment that will also be incorporating scanning into their environment

Resource will be part of a team that will troubleshoot issues as they go live and will be spend two weeks in a hyper care mode for one of their facilities in either LeCenter MN or Boston MA.

Required Basic Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Understanding of the manufacturing floor and how to execute, understand production flow
• Ideally targeting a resource with a production supervision background who has technical aptitude
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Technical aptitude

Compensation : Hourly W2 pay rate $

Hourly W2 pay rate $

We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
