Job description :
- Scheduling caregivers with clients.
- Confirming schedules with caregivers and clients.
- Interviewing employees.
- Follow up with newly hired caregivers.
- Client wellness checks.
- Confirm and update caregivers availabilities.
- Oncall rotation weeknights and weekends.
- Complete weekly projects and reports.
- Answer phones and direct calls as appropriate.
- Support care managers as assigned.
Requirements :
- Time management.

- Ability to take direction and follow through.
