Position Summary :
The Director of Operations will serve as a critical leader, overseeing the daily operations, streamlining workflows, and enhancing the patient experience at our family medicine practice in the Michigan region.
This role involves aligning clinic operations with the healthcare system’s mission and standards, optimizing patient flow, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage daily clinic operations, ensuring a smooth, patient-focused experience.
- Implement and refine processes that improve efficiency, reduce wait times, and enhance overall patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to support seamless patient care and service coordination.
- Monitor key performance indicators and set goals to ensure quality outcomes, compliance, and adherence to healthcare regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
- Lead and mentor clinic staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
- Identify and implement best practices in clinic management and patient care processes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a family medicine or outpatient clinic setting.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team management, budgeting, and process improvement.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with an emphasis on patient-centered service.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and operational benchmarks.
