Job Summary / Company : Sparks Group has partnered with a leading Defense, Intelligence and Federal Civilian Government Contractor seeking a Senior HR Process Specialist for a part time Contract Opportunity.
If you composing and editing HR policiies and procedures this is the ideal role for you! This is not for the faint of heart - bring your honed expertise and be ready to put into place policies and procedures now through end of year.
Must be comfortable working this project independently and under tight deadlines. Excellent hourly pay commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities :
Develop process and procedures excellence in HR Operational activities.
- Organize knowledge sharing sessions both within the team and cross teams and with various internal stakeholders.
- Work with designated stakeholders to gather and finalize commitments
Qualifications / Background Profile :
Strong project management skills and excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience in various HR activities (e.g. Onboarding and Talent Acquistion
- Ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment.
- Open to flexible hour / day part time work 10-20 hours per week
- Experience with Workday a plus
