Marketing Assistant

Overview :

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Marketing Assistant to work in our Rochester, NY office. This position offers a hybrid schedule.

In this role, you will coordinate and manage the development of proposals and statements of qualifications and support major proposal pursuits.

This includes working with Project Managers and the project team to gather appropriate material / information needed to meet the requirements of the RFP, assembling and packaging proposals / documents from inception through final product, working with marketing support and / or administrative personnel to facilitate contacting sub-consultants and / or teaming partners to assure all information is accurately provided.

Responsibilities : Collaborate with project manager and proposal manager to meet all RFP / RFQ requirements and deadlines to ensure timely completion and delivery of submissionCreate / update resumes / project descriptionsKnowledge of SF330 Forms, NYDOT QualificationsAssist with special assignments as necessaryMaintains and updates CRM database (Unanet (formerly Cosential))Clearly communicates with technical staff regarding RFP / RFQ details, schedules, and action itemsPrepare and coordinate proposals and presentations from the initial stage to the final production and deliveryComply with corporate standards to present a consistent appearance and style for external marketing communications, including project descriptions, qualification packages, proposals, and resumesQualifications : Knowledge of procurement and RFP / SOQ processesKnowledge of Microsoft and Adobe programsRelationship ManagementBusiness AcumenCommunication skillsProgram / Project ExecutionMust be detail-oriented and organized3-5 years experience working at an A / E / C firmExperience using Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams & PowerPointKnowledge of InDesign a PlusStrong writing and editing skillsKnowledge of Unanet / Cosential (CRM) a plus but not requiredMust be proactive and have the ability to handle multiple tasks and manage a heavy workload based on tight deadlinesSalary Range : $55,510-$63,500 DOQWhat We Offer : At Colliers Engineering & Design, our people are our most important resource.
