This position requires a high level of customer service, problem solving, and the ability to professionally handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

The Office Manager supports Operations and Sales, and interacts heavily with our parent company in Germany. This position reports directly to the Vice-President of Operations and through not a requirement, it would be ideal if the person was fluent in German.
RESPONSIBILITES ;
Provide reception desk coverage for visitors and answer calls.
Manage company's mail, make check deposits and ensure receipts and invoices are promptly sent to our corporate office in Germany.
Input orders into company's ERP system, create invoices and packing lists.
Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date.
Any other tasks as assigned by the Vice-President of Operations and Director of Sales.
DESIRES SKILLS & EXPERIENCE ;
High school graduate through some college or post high school education is preferred.
Must speak English and possess good writing skills. German is a definite plus.
2 plus years of related experience.
Heavy administrative experience.
Passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
Enthusiastic and creative team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
High degree of energy, motivation and dedication to a quality and excellence.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
The schedule for this position is 9 : 00am-3 : 00pm Monday thru Friday. There are no medical benefits for this role, and you will accrue 2 weeks' vacation.
Salary is dependent on experience.
