Job&Talent is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the world-class UPS Mail Innovations in Bensenville, IL. Join a great team and be rewarded for your hard work!

Qualifications :

MUST HAVE WAREHOUSE LEADERSHIP EXP

Pay : $26 / hr weekly pay

Essential Functions :

• Ensure proper training on current and new staff
• Host meetings with Team Leads
• Ensure PPH (pieces per hour) are within the required frame
• Report issues immediately to Manager
• Assist with proper management to ensure all departments are fully staffed and running smoothly

Shift : Monday - Friday 11 : 30 PM - 8 : 00 AM

Qualifications :

• Previous supervisory within a warehouse, i.e. supervisor, lead, or manager
• Forklift experience a plus (propane / electric / stand -up / sit-down)
• Must be able to arrive on time and complete the shift
• Must possess great communication skills
• Computer savvy
• Must have a sense of urgency
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
