Job Overview :
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Agent's Assistant to support our agent and office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including personal assistant duties, bookkeeping, and property management.
This role is crucial in helping our office run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide personal assistant support to the agent, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Perform bookkeeping duties, including maintaining financial records and preparing financial reports using QuickBooks.
- Assist with property management tasks.
- Organize and maintain office files and records.
- Handle other administrative tasks as needed to support the office's daily operations.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, bookkeeper, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
