Videographer & Graphic Designer

Key Role :

Produce graphic designs, using a variety of techniques and software, for both print and electronic communications, such as promotions, advertisements, and instructional materials, distributed through a variety of media outlets.

Apply specific functional knowledge, including working and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.

Work independently with some guidance and review or guide activities of more junior employees.

Basic Qualifications :

2+ years of experience working in video editing

Experience operating film studio equipment, including cameras, microphones, lights, teleprompter, and sound boards

Knowledge of audio and video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audition, Adobe After Effects, or Final cut Pro

Ability to create basic motion graphics to supplement recorded footage

Ability to manipulate and edit original footage and stock video and audio files to tell a compelling story

Ability to input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects

Ability to load and apply graphic designs into learning management systems

Ability to obtain a security clearance

Bachelor's degree

Ability to learn new software and skills quickly

Ability to create compelling stories and contribute ideas for creative new learning strategies using video and graphics

Ability to provide on-time delivery of projects while managing multiple clients and deadlines

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Ability to work with a variety of clients and leadership personnel

Possession of excellent communication and organizational skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $51,700.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
