A company is looking for a Partner Development Manager to join their growing Partner team.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive referral opportunities and revenue by establishing partner success programs that track and reward qualified lead generation
Identify and expand partner opportunities with accounting firms, PEs, and VCs through inbound qualification and direct outreach
Engage, qualify, and nurture prospective partners via various mediums, including email, calls, and events
Required Skills & Qualifications :
2-4 years of experience in technology sales, partner channels, or business development with demonstrated success in relationship building
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand partner needs and articulate clear joint-value propositions
Sense of entrepreneurship : a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and a will to win
