The role is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users.

The TikTok Affiliate Partner team manages our affiliate-agency partners, focused on growing adoption, usage and performance of our internal campaign management tool with agencies and sellers.
The team focuses on matchmaking between sellers and creators, providing enhanced opportunities for collaboration and growth.
TAP enables our partners to efficiently connect creators with sellers within the TikTok Shop ecosystem. As a TAP strategic partner manager, you are responsible for developing a strategy to grow adoption of this feature for some of our most strategic partners.
To achieve this, you will be responsible for education, resources and incentives that drive success. Collaboration and exceptional communication skills with cross-functional partners are critical to success.
Responsibilities- Partner with internal category teams to drive adoption of TAP with sellers, to generate incremental GMV- Develop strategy to scale resources, incentives and training for agencies and sellers- Create mechanisms for feedback loops with product teams and cross-functional leaders- Monitor TAP performance, key insights and prioritization - Drive awareness of our TAP features and programs through case studies highlighting successful partnerships.
Minimum Qualifications : -3+ years of related experience in sales or business development (influencer marketing agencies, talent / creator management agencies, or similar agencies preferred)-Experience building acquisition strategy (Affiliate or Influencer programs preferred)-Experience developing effective instructions, pitch decks, and standard operating procedures to Experience driving deal framework with finance & cross-functional partners.
