VP,BusinessDevelopment, Career Transition & Mobility (CTM) -LHH
TheVP,BusinessDevelopment’sprimaryresponsibilityistoprofitablybuildrevenueswithinthe Houston, Texas sales territory.This will occur through a concentration on both new business development and expanding current client relationships for the CTM business.

MajorResponsibilities
SalesPlanning
Developsoverallsalesforassignednewbusinessprospectsandforrevenuegrowthincurrent clients.Activities include : AnalysisoflocalmarketopportunityandLHHmarketshareRecommendationofstrategiesforallLHHlinesof businessImplementationplanningandexecution.
Quarterlyreviewtodetermineprogress.
- WorkscloselywithSales leadershipand Global Account Managers in determining total revenue strategy.
- Conductsresearchtogathercompetitivedataandmarkettrends.
DirectSales
- UltimateresponsibilityformeetingassignedrevenueandprofitabilitytargetsacrossallLHHCTM line of business.
- Provides regular updates to Sales leader with regards to sales activity including client visits, first-in newbusinessmeetings,currentclientupdates,ongoingaccountproposals,win / lossrecordwithdetails,shopperrates,conversionandengagementrates,pipelinereportsandprogresstoward quarterly and annual revenue and profitability targets.
- Fulfillsassignedroleandresponsibilitiesinanationalaccountteam-sell.
- Coordinatescloselywithoperationsteamandprojectservicesondeliveryoflocalandnational client projects.
- Writesproposals,creates,andpresentswinningclientpresentations,leadsRFPresponseprocess and follows national pricing guidelines.
- Maintainsacceptablelevelsofaccountreceivableswithclientandensurecoordinationof organized collection efforts through internal and external methods.
Marketing
- Ensuresthatmarketingactivitiessupportsalesstrategiesandpriorities.
- PlansandgeneratesmeasurableROIforlocalmarketingevents,includingevaluationof participation, events success, and compliance with tracking.
- IncreaseslocalawarenessofLHHthroughactiveparticipationwithinthecommunityand industry related organizations.
ProfessionalDevelopment
Continuallyseeksprofessionaldevelopmentopportunitiesandself-improvementactivities.
RequiredExperience / Characteristics
- Proventrackrecordinaprofessionalsalesenvironment. HR Service Solutions or related area is highly prefered.
- Experiencesellingcareertransition services a plus.
- Demonstratedabilitytodevelopcrediblerelationshipswithalllevelsof management.
- Organizedself-starterwhoenjoysprospectingandcoldcalls.
- Highlydevelopedpresentationandcommunicationskills.
- Teamplayerwhoeffectivelydrawsonothersinordertomaximizethefirm’sresources.
- Demonstratedbasiccomputerskillswithageneralunderstandingoftechnologicalsalessupport techniques.

Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.
