Senior Technical Program Manager

Zoominfo is actively seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Strategic Programs Technical Project Management office.

In this highly visible, strategic role, you will play a key role in driving the success of multiple enterprise and product priorities by leading and managing cross-functional efforts.

We are looking for someone who can credibly coordinate between cross-functional teams and business stakeholders in aligning systems, tools, activities, skills, and processes.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of technical programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals by managing cross-functional teams and a large number of stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and status reports. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to delivery and manage dependencies throughout the project.
• Collect requirements and ensure plans are well defined, clearly documented, and agreed to by all relevant stakeholders.
• Train and mentor teams around Agile / Scrum processes, and implement program and Agile best practices on the team to ensure high quality and timely deliverables.
• Provide program updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Raise risks, blockers, and competing priorities to relevant parties in a timely and organized manner.
• Foster clear communication channels among team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties. Ensure that information flows smoothly between different teams and departments
• Help establish, nurture, and drive best-practice standards and processes across the TPMO.

What You Bring :

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in related field
• 10 + years of Technical program management experience in a SaaS / BtB environment with a consistent track record of successful program deliveries and implementations
• Expertise in using productivity tools (ex : Jira, Confluence, Slack) for team management and reporting
• 5 + years of hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodology
• Extensive experience and working knowledge of SaaS application development
• Ability to identify underlying issues, influence without formal authority, and facilitate team building collaboration
• Experienced in regularly reporting program status to C-level executives and initiating change management negotiations
• Skilled in simultaneously orchestrating the work of designers, product teams, engineering, and operations
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders
• Strategic thinking with a passion for innovation and technology
• PMP and / or PgMP certifications preferred
