Job Title : Remote Epicor ERP Administrator
Location : Standish, MI area

About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Administrator to add to the IT department. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Epicor Kinetic ERP System including implementing patches and updates.
You’ll also be assisting with reports, dashboards and business processes to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage applications and SQL databases.
- Handle patches, updates, and version upgrades.
- Oversee BPMs and complex coding.
- Support dashboards, SSRS, Crystal, and customizations.
- Troubleshoot Epicor issues with support and external consultants.
- Automate and schedule Epicor exports / reports; script renaming and moving reports.
- Create and assist with MS SQL queries for Power BI.
- Manage EDI order processing from import to invoicing.
- Oversee automated report and task schedules
- Handle database backups and transfers.
- Prepare detailed program specifications and identify inputs.
- Participate in system design, development, testing, and installation.
- Create and manage tracing logs.
- Address issues / requests for Epicor and Power BI platforms.
- Manage business intelligence dashboards and datasets.
- Assist in implementations.
Qualifications :
- Experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP system, particularly Epicor Kinetic, including implementation, customization, and ongoing support.
- Exposure to Power BI & SQL for reporting and data analysis purposes.
- Exposure to database management and backups.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of supply chain or related fields.
- Exposure to outside integrations to an ERP system such as Mobil Frame, Geo Tab, Solid Works, Digital Shipper, Avalara is a plus.
