Annual compensation up to $55,000 based on education and experience.

We are currently seeking an IT Systems Administrator at Intercept Health to be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and servers.

This position will install hardware and software and participate in research and development to continuously improve and keep up with the IT business needs of the organization.

System administrators also actively resolve problems or issues with computer, network, and server systems to limit work disruptions within the company.

The IT Systems Administrator's primary work duties will be addressing trouble tickets and incidents as they arise to maintain exceptional business functionality, documenting and maintaining records of changes and the steps taken to resolve.

The IT Systems Administrator will be required to travel to locations when needed.

Education and Experience Required : The selected candidate must have an Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Administration, or a closely related field.

OR High School Diploma (or equivalent) plus relevant work experience and / or credentials in lieu of a degree.

The selected candidate must also have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Administration, help desk / support, network administration or related role with a professional business or organization.

Experience with the following is preferred : Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Suite, Advanced level Networking understanding and troubleshooting, and a strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices.

Also highly preferred : CompTIA A+, Net+, Security+, CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft Admin, and Cyber Security Certifications.
