We have an immediate need for anexperienced Sales Engineer to join a successful growing globalmanufacturer over $4B in size.
We seek a strong customer focusedaccount manager who can continue to manage current customers andcreate new business opportunities with new ones.
This position willbe focused on selling precision motion antifriction components intoaerospace / defense accounts.
Inherit a book of business; focusing on account management(existing & new customers / markets)
Seekingtechnical business savvy sales professionals who can analyzeexisting business and strategize future growth plans!
Customized niche products with strong brand recognition in themarket
Remote position travel energetic leadershipstable business!
Responsibilities :
Develop strategic customer accounts & cultivatenew business opportunities
Identify new opportunitieswithin the aerospace / defense market
Develop winningstrategies for new business pursuits for assignedterritories
Proactively analyze customer needs andissues and communicate those needs back to HQ (VOC)
Ownthe customer experience; from initial contact through the processof engagement. And into longterm relationships.
Ensurethat the sales channel supports new product development goals ofengineering and growth objectives of the business
Establish and maintain key customer relations and ties to newdevelopment programs
Support financial reportingincluding forecasting budgets and quarterly reporting requirements

- Bachelor's Degree within an engineering field(mechanical electrical industrial etc )
- Min 3 years field sales experience account managementbusiness development
- Knowledge of antifrictioncomponents / industrial motion preferred
- Knowledge of TINA (Truth in Negotiations Act)preferred
- High sense of urgency with excellentorganization communication and written skills with attention todetail and accuracy.
- Ability to travel asneeded (50% average)
- Problem solving excellentjudgment confidentiality and managing multiple projects with a"can do" attitude are key strengths that willensure success in this highprofile Regional Salesposition.
