Job Details :
Preparing and providing shipping quotes to the transport companies.
Manage key relationships and negotiate freight rates with Transport Companies.
Perform all outgoing shipping tasks.
Coordinate Return Goods Authorization (RGA’s)
Follow established policies, procedures and objectives
Communicating with Interstate and TrailersPlus Management.
Coordinating daily operations with the Shipping Manager
Resolving any customer queries and complaints

Requirements :
Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Must be organized and have a sense of urgency
Computer literate
Management experience
Logistics experience is a plus
Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Our Shipping Coordinators are professional, team-oriented, and show enthusiasm for uncompromised attention to detail.
Work Hours : Monday - Thursday 7 : 00am - 5 : 30pm, Friday 7 : 00am - 12 : 00pm
Pay Rate : $20 / hour - $24 / hour
