What You Will Bring to Our Team :
- An energetic leadership style with a passion for hospitality and service
- Minimum of (2) years of similar work experience having managed a restaurant and bar
- Experience with beverage program curation, execution, and maintenance
- Well-versed knowledge of the latest trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine
- A team-oriented attitude with an aptitude for staff training and development
- Strong administrative skills with experience in scheduling, cost controls, inventory, and payroll
- A flexible approach
What we expect from you :
- Lead daily operations with intention, setting the tone for engaged, high-energy floor service
- Maintain and develop a seasonal craft cocktail beverage program
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and develop team members
- Lead weekly manager and daily pre-shift meetings to drive goals and provide staff with ongoing education and training
- Scheduling, ordering, inventory, cash management, sales reporting
- Prioritize health and safety operations
- Generate new revenue through brand promotion and events
