Astra Engineering is seeking a Director of Engineering to join its rapidly growing team in Twin Falls or Boise, Idaho. The Director of Engineering is responsible for managing design project lifecycles, ensuring client success, and mentoring staff to achieve their potential.

A well-qualified candidate has significant prior experience in consulting or plant engineering within industrial and process industries, with proven leadership ability and a consistent track record of managing large and complex projects.

Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to ensure project success
- Mentor team members to realize their career potential
- Effectively coordinate internal resources including CAD design and various engineering disciplines
- Develop and manage design projects, schedules, and budgets
- Lead internal process improvement efforts
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Professional engineer licensure preferred
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project
