Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with a Professional Engineer (PE) license tolead our client 's electricalvehicle (EV) charging infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidatewill have a proven track record in designing and implementing EVcharging systems with a deep understanding of electrical codessafety standards and industry best practices.

The ability to manageprojects lead a team and provide technical expertise is essential.Experience in site lighting or MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing)work is a plus.

Responsibilities :

• ProjectManagement : Lead and manage EV charginginfrastructure projects from conception to completion ensuringtimely delivery adherence to budget and compliance with allrelevant regulations and standards.
• Technical Design : Provideexpert technical guidance on the design and engineering of EVcharging systems including site selection electrical distributionequipment specification and integration with existinginfrastructure.
• TeamLeadership : Lead and mentor a team of engineers andtechnicians fostering a collaborative and innovative workenvironment.
• StakeholderCollaboration : Collaborate effectively with clientscontractors utility companies and other stakeholders to ensuresuccessful project outcomes.
• Code Compliance : Ensure thatall designs and installations comply with the National ElectricalCode (NEC) local electrical codes and other relevant safetystandards.
• ContinuousImprovement : Stay abreast of the latest advancementsin EV charging technology and industry trends and incorporate theminto project designs and implementation strategies.
• Business Development : Support business development efforts by identifying new projectopportunities preparing proposals and building relationships withpotential clients.

Requirements

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relatedfield.
• Licensure : Professional Engineer (PE) license in ElectricalEngineering.
• Experience :
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electricalengineering with a focus on EV charging infrastructure.
• Proven track record in project management and teamleadership.
• Experience in site lighting or MEPwork is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills :
• Expertise in electrical codes and standards including theNEC.
• Proficiency in electrical design software(e.g. AutoCAD Revit).
• Strong understanding ofpower systems electrical distribution and grounding.
• Familiarity with EV charging equipment and protocols(e.g. SAE J1772 CHAdeMO).

• Ability to work independently and aspart of a team.
