Prewett Pest Control is seeking a Service Center Team Leader in our Gulf Coast market. The Service Center Team Leader will assist the Service Center Leader in overseeing day-to-day operations of our pest control Service department and is an integral part in growing PPC and its multiple locations from $3M to $25M in revenue by 2030.
This role involves managing Service Professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
- Coach and supervise Service Professionals.
- Assist with scheduling routes, assigning daily tasks, and service appointments.
- Ensure Service Professionals follow uniform policy and general appearance guidelines.
- Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure implementation of standard operating procedures for pest control treatments.
- Monitor service quality through field audits and customer feedback.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage inventory of pest control products and equipment.
- Oversee fleet maintenance and ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
- Ensure monthly vehicle inspections are completed and items needing attention get resolved.
- Other tasks assigned to you by Service Center Leader.
Requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and customer service.
- Effective problem-solving skills, with ability to work through complicated situations.
- Possess a valid drivers license and pass a pre-employment drug screen, pass MVR, and maintain a clean driving record
- Licensing / Certification required when applicable
