We are seeking a stellar technical program manager to join the Global Service Compliance (GSC) team supporting Amazon’s Project Kuiper.
Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.

Key job responsibilities
This role will be responsible for leading Controllership design and implementation and related support system development.
As a Technical Program Manager for Kuiper GSC, you will serve as a subject matter expert to identify and design control and monitoring techniques demonstrating Kuiper’s compliance with its global ISP obligations.
You will collaborate with Kuiper engineering (software and networking) teams to implement and modify relevant systems to manage performance testing.
You will lead large-scope technical operations projects, including implementing critical business initiatives across multiple stakeholders and evaluate process metrics and key performance indicators to identify improvement initiatives
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 2+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
