About the team :

We are a US-based SAAS firm targeting the accounting industry. In other words, we use technology to solve business problems for accounting firms - we are not accountants.

For you, this means you will be communicating with accountants about their business processes and helping them see the value in our software which can help them grow their business and revenue.

You are not expected to be an accountant, know how to do accounting or even be good at math.

  • Our team is 300+ people (in over 40 countries!) - we are a distributed team built on the principle of self-management
  • Access to management - you will be working closely with the chief revenue officer (along with the sales & marketing team) in a collaborative work environment

Your job is to convey that benefit and expand our market share.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will have a central role in driving business expansion by acquiring new enterprise-level clients.

Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities, cultivating relationships, and showcasing how TaxDome's innovative solutions can revolutionize the operations of tax and accounting firms.

  • Identify potential enterprise-level clients through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts
  • Understand clients' unique business needs and challenges, and present tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of TaxDome's offerings
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations that highlight TaxDome's features and benefits
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns for reaching enterprise clients
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, and ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities in the CRM system
  • Stay updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively communicate TaxDome's value proposition
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
  • 2+ years of sales experience in Saas, experience with project management software or other productivity tools and with outbound sales
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise-level software sales, preferably in the tax, accounting, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to effectively present and demonstrate software solutions through virtual presentations and in-person meetings
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) to manage and track sales activities
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed

Work format : full-time, EST, independent contractor

Compensation : base salary depending on experience. We offer a competitive bonus structure that rewards exceptional performance tied to revenue milestones.

As you meet and exceed predetermined revenue targets, you will earn a bonus in addition to your base salary. This incentivized bonus structure provides a unique opportunity to significantly increase your earnings based on your sales achievements.
