The Clinical Supervisor plays a vital role in the success of our clinical department. Reporting to the Nursing Department Director / Manager, this leader is accountable for shift operations, nursing care quality, and human resource management.

Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise nursing department associates and provide patient care as needed
- Coach and guide employees to ensure excellence in clinical and service delivery
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient services
- Manage daily nursing services, applying sound human resource and budget principles
Requirements :
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, BSN preferred
- Current RN license in the State of New Mexico
- Current BLS Certification and ACLS Certification or obtain within 6 months
- 3 years relevant experience preferred, but not required
Work Environment :
This role involves irregular hours, multiple simultaneous activities, and exposure to infectious diseases, x-rays, and varying unpredictable situations.
Physical Requirements :
The Clinical Supervisor must be able to handle emergency situations, stand for prolonged periods, and use good body mechanics.
