Full Desk Technical Recruiter / Account Manager : The Full Desk Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing client needs and filling IT and non-IT positions for our clients.
This role will work with both candidates and clients. You should be comfortable working with timelines and quickly finding and submitting candidates to meet client requests.
Responsibilities :
- Establish relationships with procurement departments at Managed Service Providers.
- Identify diverse talent from internal networks, job boards, job postings, and other advanced recruiting resources and strategies like Boolean searches and networking groups.
- Bring in new business by cold calling or by using your network.
- Provide account management and service delivery support to all of our clients.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge about position requirements.
- Prescreen candidates and check their technical competency before presenting them to the account managers for submission.
- Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates.
- Work with candidates shortlisted by the client for a phone screen and face-to-face interview.
- Manage scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and clients by providing detailed information on the company, job descriptions, and expectation-setting.
- Organize, lead, and document post-interview debrief / feedback and update account managers accordingly.
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years experience with full-lifecycle recruiting in the staffing consulting industry.
- Ability to manage offshore recruiting support.
- Must have recent experience in IT / Non-IT staffing and recruiting.
- Advanced internet research experience using Boolean search techniques.
- Proven ability to source, screen, recruit, and recommend strong talent.
- Proficient in the use of job boards like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, and other job sites to source candidates.
- A clear understanding of recruitment concepts such as employment type (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent), tax terms (W2, 1099, and C2C), employment, and residency status.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices.
- Strong relationship-builder.
