Do you have proven experience working with senior citizens ? Passionate about the property management leasing field? We're looking for a dedicated, full-time Property Manager to join our welcoming senior citizen (age 62+) community.
Key Responsibilities :
- Organizing Events : Plan and coordinate engaging activities and events that enhance our residents' quality of life.
- Researching Services : Identify and connect residents with valuable public services tailored to their needs.
- Leasing Apartments : Guide prospective tenants through the leasing process with empathy and professionalism.
- Collecting Rents : Ensure timely and accurate rent collection while maintaining positive relationships with our residents.
Qualifications :
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially in working with senior citizens .
- Previous experience in working with senior citizens (connecting them with social services)
Preferably) Proven experience in apartment leasing and resident relations.
- Proficiency with basic computer tasks
- Organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented.
