WPC is looking for an entry level Automotive Warranty Administrator
Warranty Processing Company, Inc. ( WPC ), has been in business since 1986 and is a national leader in automotive warranty claims administration.
Due to our rapid growth, we are currently accepting applications for an entry level administrator to work either in office and / or as a telecommuter.

This position requires :
- Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable experience in any industry
- Attention to detail

- Automotive industry experience is not required but a plus
Core Responsibilities will be taught and will include :
- Review all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and verify criteria compliance as required by the dealer and manufacturer
- Book and close claims as required by dealer
- Utilize technical knowledge to verify proper documentation of repairs for warranty coverage and payment
- Remain current on all factory recalls and announcements
- Reconcile all warranty receivables, warranty schedules, and work with the dealership accounting department to keep schedules current
- Maintain compliance with all WPC internal policies and procedures
