Location : Warwick, UK (Hybrid working, 30% from Home)

Travel : Limited, with occasional travel for trade shows and events

Who are you?

You’re a marketer with a passion for business-to-business (B2B) marketing. With experience in manufacturing, industrial, or automotive sectors, you understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with these industries.

You’re a self-starter, who will bring passion and drive to the team and you're excited about the opportunity to work closely with our head office in Sweden, trade bodies, and marketing agencies.

As the sole member of the UK Bus Marketing Team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across Volvo Bus UK, Volvo Trucks Marketing Teams and the Swedish teams to coordinate events, manage presentations, and handle the merchandise.

What You’ll Do :

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be supporting the marketing strategy, blending traditional and digital methods to enhance our brand presence.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Social Media : Take full control of our social media presence across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, crafting engaging content that resonates with our audience.
• Event Coordination : Work closely with our Executive Assistant to plan and execute trade shows and promotional events, creating presentations and ensuring our brand shines.
• Agency Collaboration : Partner with marketing agencies to optimise our campaigns, drive user acquisition, and apply data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Content Creation : Develop and distribute newsletters, manage our website updates, and create compelling marketing campaigns that reflect our brand’s voice.
• Brand Promotion : Maximize product and brand awareness through both traditional and online media.
• Campaign Management : Create, manage, evaluate, and refine marketing campaigns, all within budgetary constraints.
• Merchandise Management : Oversee the handling of branded merchandise, ensuring our products are well-represented at every touchpoint.
