Your Role
The Talent Acquisition Team aspires to be a world-class talent organization that hires, develops, and mobilizes top talent.
The Staffing Coordinator, Advanced, will report to the Lead Recruiting Coordinator. In this role you will be scheduling interviews through outlook, background checks through our rd party HireRight and supporting one of several business units within Talent Acquistion.
Your Work
In this role, you will :
- Support and execute high-volume business unit Hiring Plans including intake meetings, dashboards, reporting, etc.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and staffing activities for all interviews for both on-site and virtually to deliver a superior experience to both internal and external clients and provide consistent status updates to candidates and hiring managers
- Facilitate new hire process including completing new hire transactions in ORC, initiating and facilitating background check process, producing weekly updates to the TAlent Aquisition Team
- Manage interview feedback process through ORC for interviews you scheduled
- Track and communicate updates to Talent Advisors and new hires coming onboard
- Complete I- onboarding process for new hires
- Coordinate with Service team to have all new hire data correct and complete on a weekly basis
- Work closely with Talent Advisors to execute timely hiring for all class hires in Blue Shields Customer Service Business unit.
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a High School Diploma or GED
- Requires at least years of prior relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Experience with scheduling complex interviews through Outlook preferred
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud Experience highly recommended
- Organizational skills with attention to details and the ability to prioritize work effectively in an environment with high demands
- Agile personality ready to adjust to a fast-paced moving work environment
