Candidate profile and qualifications
- Experience in 5+ years in HR with at least 2-3 years as an HRBP Experience supporting business groups of 300+ employees Working with department heads / managers / leaders to discuss strategies Experience with compensation / benefits, L&D, employee satisfaction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel experience
- Soft Skills professional, no task too small, team player, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Education BA / BS required
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Build relationships with business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Provide expertise in the following areas : career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, & strategic development.
- Build knowledge of best practices and regulatory changes in HR and employment law for business area and jurisdiction.
