Job Title : Executive Assistant

About : Our well-established client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team and contribute to our continued success.
Job Summary : The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, ensuring efficient operation and communication within the organization.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage Scheduling : Coordinate and manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Communication : Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the executive. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Meeting Preparation : Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents, creating agendas, and attending to logistics.
Document Management : Maintain and organize important documents, records, and files.
Travel Coordination : Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations for the executive.
Project Assistance : Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as needed.
Confidentiality : Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Office Management : Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Skills :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of staff.
