We're currently on the lookout for a Main Office Secretary who's ready to be the heart of our operations at our Farmer Branch, TX office.

What's the gig?

• Be Our Ground Control : From taking phone calls to setting appointments, you'll ensure our daily operations are as efficient as a well-maintained HVAC system.
• Language Pro : Fluent in both English & Spanish? Perfect! We need someone who can communicate effortlessly in both languages, whether it's speaking or writing.
• A Jack / Jill of All Trades : Assist multiple departments, handle emails, manage calendars, and even dabble in social media to help educate our clients and promote Collins Air.
• The Details Matter : With your keen attention to detail and a no-excuse, results-driven approach, you'll manage projects, solve problems, and keep everything ticking along nicely.

Are we a match?

• Fluent in English & Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both.
• You've got a clean record, and reliability is your middle name.
• A High School Diploma (or equivalent) is in your pocket, and if you've got some college under your belt, even better.
• With at least 2 years of administrative experience, time management, organization, and multitasking are where you shine.
• Your communication skills are top-notch, and you're as comfortable with office software as a pilot is with their controls.

• A competitive hourly rate of $20.00 - $24.00, depending on your experience.
• Though we're still growing and don't have a benefits package yet, you'll enjoy paid holidays and sick days.
• A full-time role with a schedule that respects your time : 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, with start times between 8-9 am and end times around 4 : 30-5 : 30 pm.

The Fine Print :

• Work Location : Team Collins, 13712 Neutron Rd., Farmer Branch, TX.
• Expect to wear multiple hats from managing mail, and scheduling deliveries, to completing special projects as requested by management.
